2. The purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

Personal Data Ordiance art 6, stk. 1 litra b).

We process the following categories of personal information about you:
General personal information, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address to identify you.

4. Recipients or categories of recipients
We pass on or leave your personal information to the following recipients:
Data processors including outlook email system, accounting system and CRM system.

5. Where your personal information comes from
In most cases, we only process information that you have given us. In some cases, we receive information from public authorities if they visit you to receive products from us.

6. Storage of your personal information
We store your personal information until the expiry of the contractual obligation on which the processing is based, ie including any warranty period.

For certain information, we are not currently able to say how long we will keep your personal information. However, we can inform you that we will place emphasis on compliance with legal obligation e.g. in connection with reporting to SKAT as well as auditing, compliance with other legal obligations set against your claim that the information is not stored for longer than necessary. In this connection, we will strive to remove personal information from documents when we need to determine how long your information will be stored..

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at the contact information provided in point 1 above.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing limited, we may in future only process the information – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of legal claims being established, asserted or defended, or to protect a person or important public interests.
