We sell to both private, business and government.
ZiboCare Denmark ApS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in Euro and is excl. VAT.
ZiboCare Denmark ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
All payments made with payment cards will be made and processed by our payment partner NETS.
NETS stores and processes your personal payment information, and ZiboCare Denmark ApS does not have access to them, and cannot change this data.
Data is stored for as long as needed, in order to be able to complete your payment.
ZiboCare Denmark ApS delivers on all weekdays. All shipments go via TNT.We deliver directly to both private and business addresses.Delivery time on parcel shipments varies depending on recipient destination.You will receive an email with relevant information about your shipment when it is sent from our warehouse.Our standard shipping price is EURO 30 excl VAT, but this may vary according to the weight and size of the shipment as well as the shipping destination
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act for customers within the EU. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product.ZiboCare Denmark ApS will cover return costs in connection with complaint cases, to a reasonable extent.When returning a complaint, please contact and send complaints to:

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop, for customers within the EU.The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.You must bear the cost of return yourself.Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.The notice must be given per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send with return.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
